Speedy Tomato-Sauced Pasta With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. fresh linguine
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 (28 oz.) can cut up peeled tomatoes, undrained
    2 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 tsp. dried
    3 Tbsp. drained capers
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large pot, cook linguine in boiling salted water until almost tender, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Return pasta to pot. Add all remaining ingredients to pot.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until hot and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
    Serve with a generous topping of grated Parmesan cheese.
