Zesty Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 small onion, grated
    3 to 4 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 slices bread, toasted and buttered
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender.
    Drain, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Add onion to carrots.
    Add horseradish, salad dressing, salt, pepper and reserved liquid to carrots.
    Break toast into small pieces and place on carrots.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake until golden brown, 30 minutes.
