Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sausage, cooked until done
12 lb. hamburger meat
3 pkg. Williams chili seasoning (1 pkg. per 4 pound meat)
onion
1 small can Snappy Tom
1 large green pepper
1 large can Hunt's tomato juice
1 bottle catsup (28 oz.?)
Preparation

Add hamburger meat to sausage.
Blend onion and pepper. Pulverize ingredients and blend together and add to meat.
Rinse out catsup bottle with water and add to chili and cook until done or gone.
(Darrel could never make a small pot of chili.
Always plenty for whatever and sharing with whoever.
Never spoils, but disappears quickly.)
Excellent over Fritos and topped with Cheddar cheese!
