Easy Cabbage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Chop cabbage, line bottom of greased 13 X 9 inch pan with the cabbage.
Brown meat and onion.
Stir in rice, salt and pepper. Spoon over the cabbage.
Heat soup and water to boil and pour over all.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
