Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 2-inch cubes
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. bouquet garni
Preparation
    Cook beef and onions in hot fat until onions are soft and yellow.
    Lightly stir in flour, salt and paprika.
    Cook 5 minutes and add bouillon, tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes, garlic and bouquet.
    Heat to boiling; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 90 minutes. Serve over hot noodles or macaroni.
