Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    2 (16 oz.) cans miniature carrots
    2 (16 oz.) cans French-cut green beans
    1 (4 oz.) mushrooms
    1/2 c. onion
    1 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Boil dressing ingredients until sugar dissolves.
    Cool.
    Drain vegetables and mix with dressing in large bowl.
    Add onions and green pepper.
    Store covered in refrigerator.
    Stir occasionally. Lasts a week.
