Suet Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 level c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped suet (get this at the meat market)
    1 c. chopped raisins or currants (I use currants)
    1 c. milk
    1 c. molasses
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a greased mold with cover or 1 pound coffee can, two-thirds full and covered with foil.
    Tie foil on with string.
    Steam 3 hours.
