Porcupine Meat Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 medium chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix hamburg, rice and onion together. Form balls. Add salt and pepper.
    Place in a large pan.
    Pour tomato soup mixed with water over the balls. Cook slowly for 2 hours.
    When done, rice will be sticking out of the balls looking like a porcupine.
