Toots' Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. carrots, diced
    1 c. onions, chopped
    salt and pepper
    2 c. diced potatoes
    4 c. filleted, cubed fish (skinless)
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 large can condensed milk
Preparation
    Cover the celery, carrots and onions with water; add salt and pepper.
    Boil for 7 minutes.
    Add diced potatoes; cook 7 minutes. Add fish; cook 3 or 4 minutes (do not overcook).
    Add butter and milk; heat.
    This is great for camping.
