Deer Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 lb. venison
6 diced potatoes
4 diced carrots
3 diced onions
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 can peas
1 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Cook meat, basil and Italian seasoning until tender.
Add remaining ingredients but salt.
Cook until tender.
Add your salt now to taste.
Very good.
