Homemade Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together.
    Shape like salami in two sheets of aluminum foil.
    Wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Place on baking sheet.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When done, prick with fork to drain excess grease.
    Rewrap in new foil. Refrigerate.
