Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Colby cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients until dough sticks together.
    Roll into balls the size of walnut.
    Bake
    for 25 minutes; drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm on toothpicks. Makes about 75 pieces.
    Great for the holidays or small parties.
