Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pinto beans, dried
    2 lb. chuck roast
    3 medium onions
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 large (32 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. flour or cornmeal
Preparation
    Soak beans in water.
    Boil 30 minutes.
    Chop up chuck into 1/2-inch chunks.
    Cook until brown.
