Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 large carrots, diced
    1 rib celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (sharp)
    salt, pepper and garlic
Preparation
    Brown beef, drain excess fat.
    Saute onions, carrots and celery in butter.
    Add soy sauce and seasonings.
    Add beef, rice, soup and water.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in cheese.
    Place in large casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
