Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted oleo
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions; drain.
    Saute onions in margarine until tender.
    Add soup, milk and cheese melts.
    Stir in rice and broccoli.
    Pour into a greased casserole.
    Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
