Puffy Potatokins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. prepared mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/4 c. crushed cornflakes or Rice Krispies
Preparation
    In medium mixing bowl, combine prepared mashed potatoes and egg; stir until well blended.
    Add flour, garlic salt, onion salt and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Blend well.
    The mixture will be soft and sticky.
    Using two teaspoons, form into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll each ball into crushed cereal.
    Put onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
    Best when served hot.
    Makes 12 servings.
