Scalloped Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick oleo
    croutons
Preparation
    Chop cabbage and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain well.
    Melt 2 tablespoons oleo with 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Put cabbage in a greased casserole and pour sauce over.
    Melt 1/2 stick oleo and stir into croutons; place on top of cabbage.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
