Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rolled oats
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Combine
    oats
    and buttermilk;\tlet soak for 30 minutes or more.
    Mix\tflour,\tsalt,
    baking
    soda
    and baking powder together;
    add
    oil,
    brown
    sugar\tand
    beaten egg to oatmeal mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Stir in dry ingredients and mix only until\tmoistened.
    Spoon into 12 cup muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until browned.
