Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash, slice 1/8 inch
    tomatoes, sliced 1/2 inch
    onions, slice 1/2 inch and separate into rings
    salt
    pepper
    Parmesan cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place sliced squash into casserole dish (2 slices thick).
    Top with layer of sliced tomatoes then 3 slices of onion rings. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste. Continue layers to 1 inch from the top of dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese and a thin layer of bread crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and continue cooking for 15 minutes to brown top.
