Cranberry Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. canned cranberries (undrained)
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice, rind and salt to dissolved Jell-O.
    Cool.
    When mixture begins to set, add cranberries, pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into individual molds or small ring mold.
    Chill until firm.
    Makes six servings.
