Guacamole Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe avocado
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    4 slices crisp cooked bacon (optional)
    corn chips
Preparation
    Combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, salt and chili powder. Spread top with mayonnaise or salad dressing, sealing to edges of bowl; chill.
    When ready to serve, stir in the mayonnaise or salad dressing.
    If desired, add bacon, crumbled.
    Serve with corn chips.
