Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked zucchini
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 carrots, shredded
1 small onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 pkg. Stove Top stuffing
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add 1/2 package dressing mix and 1/2 package of seasoning mix.
Put in baking pan.
Mix all other ingredients together and put over dressing.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
