Rolled Rib Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) rolled rib roast
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Season roast with salt and pepper to taste.
    Place fat side up on rack in shallow pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
    Let roast stand for 20 minutes before serving.
    Serve with browned whole potatoes.
