Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 (6 oz.) can
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add meat and brown (if you drain off fats, you may need to add a little liquid).
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes. Add soup; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream. Heat through.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
    Serves 5 to 6.
