No Knead Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. scalded milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 beaten egg
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt; cool to lukewarm by adding water.
    Add yeast; mix well.
    Blend in egg.
    Add flour and mix until dough is well blended. Put into greased bowl and cover. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Shape dough on well floured board.
    Let rise in warm place about 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
