Ben'S Chili(Spicy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. hickory flavored salt
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 1/2 lb. beef chuck, cubed
    3 medium chopped onions
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (16 oz.) can chili hot beans
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 tsp. cumin seed
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 c. celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tss. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small potato
Preparation
    Use 4-quart saucepan.
    Add oil and brown meat.
    Add and saute peppers, onions, garlic and celery until tender.
    Add other ingredients and simmer 2 to 4 hours.
    Mash potato and return to pot.
    Make adjustments desired.
    Amount not used may be frozen.
