Mrs. Dulls 1-2-3-4 Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
4 eggs
1 c. milk
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream
the
butter and sugar well using electric mixer. Add egg yolks.
Sift dry ingredients, then add them alternately with the
milk.
Add
vanilla.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until done.
Cake can be baked in tube pan, loaf
pan
or
rectangular pan.
Frost, if desired. For pound cake, add 1 extra stick of butter.
