Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Boil 1 cup of berries, water and sugar in saucepan until thoroughly cooked.
    Push through a sieve.
    Add cornstarch to strained mixture and boil 1 minute.
    Chill.
    Add 3 cups of fresh berries and chill again in precooked pie shell.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
    Also good made with strawberries or raspberries.
