1 small carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can Coco Lopez (8 1/2 oz. in batter and 7 1/2 oz. in icing)

Mix first 4 ingredients 2 to 3 minutes; add Coco Lopez and mix about 1 minute. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
