Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or sausage
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic sauce
    1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    8 oz. wide lasagna noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    In a small bowl, mix the Ricotta and cottage cheese, egg and Parmesan cheese.
    Put a little meat sauce in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and start alternating layers:
    layer of noodles (raw), 1/3 meat sauce and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat and sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
