Ladyfingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
    Beat in sugar gradually.
    Beat egg yolks until thick; fold into egg whites, then fold in vanilla, flour and salt.
    Add nuts.
    Shape into 4 1/2-inch fingers on baking sheet covered with Pam spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar after they cool for a few minutes.
