Fruitcake Midgets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped and peeled mixed candied fruit
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped almonds
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 c. soft margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.
    Cream margarine and sugar; beat well and add egg, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Combine flour with remaining dry ingredients.
    Add fruit mixture to creamed mixture; then add flour mixture and blend well.
    Fill midget baking cups 2/3 full and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Store in tin boxes and freeze until ready to use.
