Black Walnut Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 c. coconut
    2 tsp. coconut extract
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
    Add dry ingredients with buttermilk; mix well.
    Add crushed walnuts and coconut flavoring.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
