Ethel'S Roux - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brown gravy
    1 large chopped onion
    3 or 4 buds chopped garlic
    boiled chicken
    chicken broth
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. white rice, cooked
Preparation
    Mix cooking oil, chicken broth and flour.
    Brown on top of stove; set aside.
    Cook onion and garlic; add to flour mix.
    Cut cooked chicken in blocks; add to mixture.
    (Optional: Add cooked okra.)
    Serve on top of cooked rice.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
