Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    2/3 c. milk (more if batter is too thick)
Preparation
    Mix egg and milk together; add dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
    Hold finger over bottom of funnel; pour in some of the batter, then remove finger and let batter drop in a spiral motion into pan filled with 1-inch of hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown, turning once.
    Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
