Double Toffee Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. dry instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. dry instant butterscotch pudding
Preparation
    Grease bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts and set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl.
    Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/3 brown sugar mixture.
    Pour remaining batter over brown sugar mix and sprinkle remaining brown sugar mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
