Bacon And Beef Steak Wrappers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. stuffed green olives, sliced
    3 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Roll ground chuck with rolling pin on waxed paper into a 12 x 7-inch rectangle.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt and cheese.
    Combine chopped mushrooms, olives and green onions; sprinkle evenly on meat.
    Roll meat (by gently lifting waxed paper), jelly roll style; freeze until firm enough to be sliced.
    Cut into 6 pieces; wrap each piece with a slice of bacon.
    Secure with a toothpick. Cook on the grill for 10 minutes on each side.
    Serves 4 to 6.
