8 Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head lettuce
    1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled
    1 small onion, sliced very thin
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer lettuce, bacon, cauliflower pieces and onion in this order.
    Mix mayonnaise and sugar; spread on top.
    Cover generously with Parmesan cheese.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate 8 hours.
    Do not toss until ready to serve.
