Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 ears fresh corn
    1/2 c. water or milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt to taste
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut corn from cob, scraping cobs to get the \"milk.\" Place in skillet; add water, butter and sugar.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Salt to taste.
