Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. pecans, broken or chopped
8 oz. unsweetened crushed pineapple (including juice)
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured tube pan in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or more until done (test with toothpick).
Cool and remove from pan.
