Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well
1/4 c. finely chopped mild onion (optional)
1/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine cheeses, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasonings.
Mix well.
Chill (overnight is best).
Form into a ball and roll in a mixture of pecans and parsley.
Yields about 15 servings.
