Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburger meat
2 eggs
1 tube crackers
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jar (3 oz.) mushrooms, chopped
4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 handfuls brown sugar
Preparation

Combine
all
these ingredients except 2 cans of tomato sauce and
brown
sugar.
Put
in
Pyrex oblong casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle brown sugar and top with 2 cans of tomato sauce.
Bake
with foil on top at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then take foil off to brown.
