Duelin' Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. grits, cooked in 3 c. water
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Preparation
    Combine grits, eggs, margarine and salt.
    Layer into baking dish with cheeses.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until puffy and browned.
    This recipe can be easily doubled.
