The Classic French Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat pan over medium-high heat.
    Melt butter.
    Pour in eggs. Stir with fork, drawing edges to center.
    As eggs begin to set, tilt pan to make sure it's not sticking.
    Using fork, start rolling.
    Turn out on plate, seam side down.
