Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. fresh tomatoes
    2 c. onion
    1 c. hot pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. canning salt
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
Preparation
    Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
    Makes around 10 pints.
