Salami Of Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roasted duck
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken stock
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
10 green olives, pitted
2 Tbsp. sherry
4 slices dry toast

Preparation

Mix well and let set a few minutes; serve.
