Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked vegetables
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    5 oz. shredded low-fat cheese
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. Bisquick
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Spray deep pie dish with nonstick spray.
    Beat ingredients and pour over vegetables in pie dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
