Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    4 c. hot cooked egg noodles
    chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Slice beef into very thin strips.
    In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium high heat and cook beef until browned, stirring often.
    Set beef aside.
    Add remaining oil to skillet and add onion; cook until tender.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Stir in soup, sour cream and paprika.
    Heat to soft boil, return beef to skillet and heat through.
    Serve over noodles, garnishing with parsley.
