Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. hot fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/4 c. minced onion
    2 1/2 c. kidney beans
    1 1/3 c. tomato soup
    1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in fat with onion.
    Add and cook 10 minutes the beans and soup.
    Make into paste and blend in the chili powder, flour, water and salt.
    Cook over low heat, stirring frequently for 45 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
