Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked shrimp, thawed
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microproof casserole, combine green onions, celery, green pepper, butter and garlic.
    Cook covered on High 3 minutes or until onions are transparent.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cook covered on Medium or reheat 6 to 7 minutes. Stir, cook covered on Medium heat or reheat until hot.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve over rice.
